This data will be written on the back of your race bib for EMS (emergency medical services) use. This is for your protection in the event of a medical emergency so please complete this information as accurately and completely as possible - give yourself every chance to survive in an emergency situation!
Registration fees & dates - you will be assessed an additional 6.7% processing fee for credit card orders - no paper entry forms - online entry via RunRace.net - check and money orders are also handled on RunRace.net for those not wanting to submit their credit card information online. Just input your contact info, emergency contact / medical info, and waiver agreement on the first page and then select check or money order on page 2 / step 2 of the registration
